I always find these Vintage Paper Needle Books at estate sales. The illustrations and packaging are fantastic!

Indigo Fabrics

I discovered Indigo Fabrics at the Dallas Quilt Show yesterday. They are made in South Africa using designs from old English pattern books from the 19th Century and 20th Century American Mill Designs. The fabrics are stiff to the touch because in South Africa woman equate that to good quality. They do get very soft after you wash them. You can buy these fabrics from www.reproductionfabrics.com.
